Deepak is the Chief Financial Officer at Impelsys. He is responsible for all corporate financial activities as well as administration of the company. He takes care of all finance, controlling, and commercial functions that include financial planning, taxation, fund raising, investment management, investor relations, business finance-contracting, and litigation.

His core areas of expertise include business finance, commercial contracting, financial planning and analysis, corporate governance, cost optimization and mergers & acquisitions. He has in the past held key positions at large organizations like Oracle and Wipro and has handled sizeable portfolios for several years.

Deepak is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 14 years of experience in finance across industries such as financial services, FMCG, IT services and business process outsourcing.
